Delicious home made ice cream is lovingly made on the farm with milk and cream from our Ayrshire cows and we also make a selection of fresh fruit sorbets.
We work closely with chefs in the restaurants we supply, to make flavours to compliment their individual menus. This has included goat’s cheese ice cream and champagne sorbet cones.
In 2010 our Lemon Curd ice cream was served on the menu for HRH The Queen at a private reception at the Easterbrook Hall on her visit to Dumfries and Galloway.
We were delighted to win the Frozen Food Supplier of the Year award at the Food Awards Scotland in 2015.
Haggis ice cream and Neeps sorbet were created for The Galloway Country Fair 2015 to mark Scotland’s year of Food and Drink.
